To secure your wedding date, a fee of £100 - £150 depending on party size, of a non-refundable booking fee is required upon booking with Olivia.

Once this deposit is paid, Olivia will not accept other bookings for your wedding date, ensuring the entire day is dedicated to you.

Please note, the deposit is non-refundable if any services are removed before the wedding date.

In the rare event that Olivia needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

You are welcome to add additional services to your booking at any time, as long as these changes are confirmed by Olivia.

The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date. Once this payment is made, services cannot be removed or refunded.

For Friday and weekend bookings, Olivia requires a minimum of 4 people.

One week before your wedding, Olivia will send a time sheet to help ensure everything runs smoothly and avoid any overlap with your makeup artist.

Please ensure hair is completely dry upon arrival, following Olivia’s prep guide. If the prep instructions are not followed, the schedule may run overtime.

All clients must adhere to the schedule provided by Olivia on the day and be available for their allocated appointment times.

Travel/Parking Fees
Olivia charges 50p per mile for travel from the slaithwaite huddersfield

Additional Artist/Assistant Fee
If needed for larger bookings to ensure everything is ready on time, an additional fee of £100 per artist or assistant will apply.

Early Start Fee
For bookings that require an early start before 6am, a £50 early start fee will be added.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any completed services. It is the client's responsibility to discuss any concerns directly with the artist while on location. Any requests for refunds, discounts, or transfers will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations of Trial Appointments
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your trial appointment.

Additional Styling Services
If any additional individuals require hair styling on the day, and these services have been confirmed by Olivia, they will be invoiced separately from the original booking. Payment for these services must be made in full prior to the event.

Photos
To help showcase future hairstyles and makeup looks for promotional purposes, Olivia may take photos or videos during or after completing any styles. These images may be shared on her social media platforms.

If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform Olivia in advance.

Olivia is not responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. It is the client's responsibility to inform Olivia of any known skin sensitivities or allergies prior to the service.

Destination overseas weddings, return flights, 2 night accommodation and airport to and from have to be provided additionally.
