Bridal Preview
We recommend scheduling your bridal preview about a month before your wedding day to bring your vision to life. Choose from two tailored bridal preview packages, ensuring we find the perfect look for you. We'll fine-tune your chosen style so you feel confident and radiant as you walk down the aisle.
Your Wedding Day
On your wedding day, Olivia will come to you at your chosen venue. Whether you have a small or large bridal party, she provides a calm, professional service, ensuring you and your bridal party look and feel amazing.

Luxury Touch-Up Service
Enjoy Olivia's luxury service for as long as you need, with options for touch-ups, veil removal, a hair change, and even bridal party touch-ups, all for £50 per hour.
Bespoke Extensions Consultation & Rental - £40

Each bridal preview includes a 15-minute expert consultation, along with a mini glass of bubbles and a sweet treat for you to enjoy.
Please note: All packages require a bridal preview to be booked, unless you're booking from overseas. In that case, we can arrange an online video consultation to ensure everything goes smoothly on your big day.
Olivia will also take photos and maintain a record of the products used for your look. All previews are held at the salon, and a travel fee applies if travel is required.

Complete our online enquiry form, and you'll receive a response within 24 hours with a custom quote tailored to your needs. You’ll also have access to our terms and conditions.Confirm Your Date
Once you accept your proposal, you’ll have 5 days to secure your wedding date. Olivia will temporarily block off your date, and you can sign the contract. A 40% deposit is required to officially lock in your date. Only after the deposit is received will Olivia confirm your booking and decline any other inquiries.Bridal Preview

A week before your wedding, Olivia will send you a detailed time sheet for the day and a prep sheet for you and your bridesmaids to ensure a smooth, stress-free morning.Travel

Our cultural wedding services are tailored to meet a variety of needs, thoughtfully designed to reflect your unique heritage. We focus on enhancing your bridal look to celebrate your traditions, whether through intricate hairstyles, extensions, or carefully selected accessories like tikka, flowers, and dupattas.
Our consultations involve an in-depth discussion of your specific customs and expectations to ensure your vision comes to life.

BOOKING TERMS

To secure your wedding date, a 40% non-refundable booking fee based on the quoted services is required upon booking with Olivia. Once this deposit is paid, Olivia will not accept other bookings for your wedding date, ensuring the entire day is dedicated to you.
Please note, the deposit is non-refundable if any services are removed before the wedding date.
In the rare event that Olivia needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
You are welcome to add additional services to your booking at any time, as long as these changes are confirmed by Olivia.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date. Once this payment is made, services cannot be removed or refunded.
For Friday and weekend bookings, Olivia requires a minimum of 5 people.
One week before your wedding, Olivia will send a time sheet to help ensure everything runs smoothly and avoid any overlap with your makeup artist.
Please ensure hair is completely dry upon arrival, following Olivia’s prep guide. If the prep instructions are not followed, the schedule may run overtime.
All clients must adhere to the schedule provided by Olivia on the day and be available for their allocated appointment times.

Travel/Parking Fees
Olivia charges 50p per mile for travel from the salon.Additional Artist/Assistant Fee
If needed for larger bookings to ensure everything is ready on time, an additional fee of £100 per artist or assistant will apply.Early Start Fee
For bookings that require an early start before 6am, a £50 early start fee will be added. -
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any completed services. It is the client's responsibility to discuss any concerns directly with the artist while on location. Any requests for refunds, discounts, or transfers will be considered on a case-by-case basis.Cancellations of Trial Appointments
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your trial appointment. -
Additional Styling Services
If any additional individuals require hair styling on the day, and these services have been confirmed by Olivia, they will be invoiced separately from the original booking. Payment for these services must be made in full prior to the event.Photos
To help showcase future hairstyles and makeup looks for promotional purposes, Olivia may take photos or videos during or after completing any styles. These images may be shared on her social media platforms.If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform Olivia in advance.

Olivia is not responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. It is the client's responsibility to inform Olivia of any known skin sensitivities or allergies prior to the service.
Destination overseas weddings, return flights, 2 night accommodation and airport to and from have to be provided additionally.
